Yes, that's correct. Just makes me wonder what the point of a 27" monitor with that max resolution is? And why seeminly a few thousand people on Amazon are raving about it...- Tonz

It's an HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 with Intel HD graphics 620 Running Windows 10 Although I have tried this on two different laptops and both had the same issue. Having said that... they were both HP laptops... Could that be the reason???- Tonz

Hi there, l bought a Samsung C27F390 and am very unhappy with the image quality. The attached picture shows my HP laptop versus the Samsung monitor. I think it's clear, where the problem lies.
