    Update - I reset my router and rebooted my PC and even though I have done this many times already it now seems to be responding correctly. I've tested the speed every half hour and it's showing a consistent 70Mbps on each test. No idea what was going on, haha. Hopefully it won't happen again...

    So I tried the Ethernet cable again -- this seems to be working fine now - it is just the Wireless internet that seems to be throttled - the comparisons is 0.14Mbps on Wireless 71Mbps on Ethernet On other devices using Wireless getting around 40Mbps I assume it's maybe something Nvidia or Asus...
