    I have a laptop from acer. It holds this battery AC14b18j Battery for Acer Aspire ES 15 ES1-531 ES1-533 ES1-572 Laptop 11.4V 36wh. The charger when plugged in stays at 0% if the charger is removed it goes dead. I have received a notification of a power surge on the USB port. So common sense...
