    I got to this point but it still does not work. Im just stuck in this loop where it keeps restarting.     Solved Boot device help

    I have windows 8.1pro. I broke my HDD so my computer would not start without it. I bought a new SSD as a replacement but now I can not enter the boot menu. I am trying to enter the bios but it keeps restarting and I am stuck in an endless loop. Do I need to install windows again or something...
