All I have is the Product ID for Windows that came pre-installed/activated. No Windows cd or flash drive or anything. At this point, I don't mind the reset, I'm just afraid since I don't have a back up in case that warning "insert Software CD" pops up, even though I think Windows 10 is online...- tenlegdragon
