    No, that down arrow currently doesn't do anything. Okay, I got myself to the Compose and Reply area. There is no signature. It says enter a signature name. I don't know what they mean by signature.

    I can open new emails but nothing happens when I press the blue bar to start a new email. Microsofts answer to my problem search was that I had characters in my signature. To my knowledge I don't have a signature on my emails.
