    Cant reinstall win 10 to envy x360

    When I go into system recovery I get a blue screen again with a WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_VIOLATION error. When I try to enter safe mode the screen goes black like it's trying to boot and then the circulating dots freeze and the laptop stays there until I turn it off.
