Strange - my message from yesterday didn't post. Anyway, I'm still confused - can you simplify? I'm not sure what you're saying about the command in the FRST fix. Do you want me to move the zip file from Zip: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\rtkhdasetting.zip to my desktop? And then run the exe file?- tammie.m247
