    The HP support driver webpage was this one (HP ENVY 15-j151sa Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support) after putting in the serial number. i have downloaded nearly all these drivers with no luck, and I'm not sure which chipset drivers I would need.
