    error Code:0xc00000e9 cant do anything

    I had to windows+r to the run, then to the cmd. From there to get a browser up I did (start iexplore). When I hit download it did nothing from what I could tell. Also by unresponsive, basically you could not select anything with a mouse.

    I had to go through the command prompt to get on the internet because the desktop is unresponsive. Attempted to download boot CD, but wasn't able to.

    My computer was having a windows up date and the power went off. Now the desktop has a black wallpaper and everything was unresponsive. Same in Safe mode. When I tried system recovery it has given me (error Code:0xc00000e9) and can't do anything. Then tried (Reset this PC) same error. Everything...
