    Thanks that u replied bruce I pressed f8 Started the safe mode Then it loaded somethings Then the same windows blue screen came but with low resolution In The system repair it stucks at windows is loading files Nothing's working

    I messed up with com settings in some permissions.now my pc shows blue windows startup sceen after welcom with the "windows ultimate 7" screeen . I couldn't get into safe mode.nor system repair .nothing!!!!! Pls help me i nedd my pc i dont want to format pls help pls!!!!
