    The only way I can play the games is in Safe Mode and a Display Resolution of 1280X720. I did order a new video card RTX-3060.

    I used PC builder or some type of software at the time of the build. I am not very savvy on BIOS settings. I was able to change to 2400MHz but the voltage will not allow me to change it from Auto.
