    I've had my 4090 for about 2 months now and have come across an issue where the gpu will jump up to over 95 c when gaming and stay at idle at around 65 and wont come down. I've tried everything from deleting programs to even a RMA with msi. I can't figure out the issue. My os is Windows 10...
