Wi-Fi card behaving strangely after Windows update

Hang on, it's actually not working. My connection was fine for about half an hour, then it dropped again. Strangely this sometimes happens on my Ubuntu installation as well, could it be a hardware issue?

Wi-Fi card behaving strangely after Windows update

Ok, I've finished, and sure enough, the OpenSSH server seemed to be the issue, and I now have a working wifi card. Thanks for all your help :)

I've disabled the SSH server too.I'm assuming developer mode won't be an issue?

Thanks for pointing these out. The services I use are already manually tuned, and there is already more than 26gb free on my C drive. Unfortunately the network reset script you provided me with hasn't fixed anything, what can I do now?

Wi-Fi card behaving strangely after Windows update

My RTL8821AE-based Wi-Fi card seems to behave very strangely after a recent Windows 10 update. When it's enabled it shows my wifi network twice (one with an added 2) that none of my other devices can see. After connecting to one of the two networks, it works for about 10 seconds and just stops...
