    With my start menu down I am not sure how to find the store. I found it in add/remove programs and it appears to be grayed out. I tried to lunch it and there is an issue. It's giving me a message to reinstall it.

    Neither will open. I have executed a system restore to previous dates twice and it works. Then I believe that windows installs an update or something happens and it reverts back. I've read online that this is a consistent problem with Windows 10 (running 64 bit). I'm so sick of this OS.

    I ran Avast for the first time not long ago. It said that I have a bunch of broken registry items etc. I know this can be a selling tactic as they want you to purchase premium etc. I just thought it would be nice if there was a program that could tighten the registry.

    Solved Microsoft Photos took a dump and can't reinstall

    sfc/scannow didn't seem to do anything. I preformed another system restore to an older date. Now MS Photos is working again. I had to reinstall avast due to the restore date being before it's orginal install. So far all is well.

    You may be on to something. When I load up Excel I did notice that it says "running in compatibility mode". The interesting thing is was running this for over a year before the error started to pop up. I tried what the link instructed and it said it couldn't find the program? Weird.
