hey so i downloaded some cookie logger rat file type . and it disabled my windows defender. i watched some youtube video and it said to go to regedit and cmd and delete the antispyware something. and i deleted everything. any blue icon i saw i deleted. and now it says 'restart now' but gives an...- RawblexDev

I reset my pc using USB and now have a problem. (Help!)
But the devices shown are not my phone or ipad, it's my laptop. And it's showing 2 because I reset it again in order to get rid of it as I thought all my old files were still on my computer even after I factory reset it. I reset my pc using USB and now have a problem. (Help!)
So I reset my Windows 10 Laptop using a USB drive, and it worked. However, I have problem that I was hoping someone can help me with.
