    Not sure what to update or adjust anymore

    I just built my new PC, I got Windows 11 Pro for it. Everything was running smoothly, I could even open up a couple small games. Now, every game crashes or fails to start up and even on steam, it will give me the "app running" error, which I cannot fix because my task manager refuses to end any...
