I didn't try to run the system with a different graphics card. Also my GPU doesn't need an pcie output cable it gets its power only via the motherboard. So I am gonna use a different graphics card and I am gonna post my status later. -Thank you for replying- Ποσειδῶν

Uhm no I used my old PSU with the gt640 the 290 watt (and that was the time when I saw that the fan was not working). That's why I changed the PSU because I thought that the old Dell PSU (290 watt) could not support the GPU. So not it is not the PSU i have 3 PSUs and i tested the three of them...- Ποσειδῶν

Yeap exactly that, I tested the system outside the case and the same thing happened. When I short-circuited the power pins with a screwdriver and the system had booted the GPU fan spun off no more than 1 sec (the same happened when I had the system inside the case) after that it stopped. -Thank...- Ποσειδῶν

Ι Used an ATX adaptor that it converts the 24 pins to the 8 pins. (https://www.amazon.com/Eyeboot-8-Pin-Supply-Adapter-Motherboards/dp/B01A210HKO). Also no my graphics card doesn't requires an additional power connector. -Thanks for replying!- Ποσειδῶν

Yeap I have tried safe mode, and the second slot of my motherboard but it is all the same. Also I have removed the CMO battery and replace it back. But again nothing. -Thank you for replying- Ποσειδῶν

Yeah this started after I installed my gpu to the new motherboard. I have tried many things to make it work such as: Removing my ram and let only one slot but the fan was doing the same thing, also I done what you said about the system outside the case long before I had written my problem...- Ποσειδῶν
