    VieoPad File Load Takes Forever

    I moved from one laptop to another, both i5's, and downloaded the latest version of VideoPad, properly registering it. However, when I tried to use it, loading a 11 1/2 minute video clip has taken more than an hour so far. That didn't happen on th other laptop. Does anyone have any ideas?
