    Thank you for all your help, but do you think if I buy the same original ram I am using now, to go from 16-32gb will the speed be correct or do I have to change the speed in the BIOS? (which ofc can't do)

    Hello Rustys, i think i start to see the problem, i found the manual and it says i have to use Acer approved DIMM ram, i got corsair DRAM ram. And the BIOS looks pretty much like the picture, I cant do anything with the grey things. thank you for your help. Do you think that is what the problem...

    Hello Bruce, I can't click on anything else with the old ram either. this is how it looks like, I can only click on the the blue words, not the grey.

    Hello, I just bought 4 x 8 gb 3200 MHz Corsair DDR4 DRAM to replace my 2 x 8 gb 2666 MHz UDIMM. I have an I-9700 CPU and that's why I expected my new ram to run at 2666 MHz. But it runs at 2133... I understood that I could change the speed in BIOS, but I can't click on most of the things there...
