    I think I found the issue. I had this program called MicMute that would run on startup. After disabling it all my problems were fixed.

    This only happens in Chrome, It doesn't happen in firefox or Edge. I tried reinstalling chrome but the problem still exists. Things that I have tried: Reinstalling Spotify Switch my USB ports Updating my drivers Running Windows startup repair Unfortunately, none of these have worked.
