    the software is packetstream I am the only use of this computer so I don't know its a Standard user account of Administrator account I do have a chance to enter the folder location but I don't think it makes a difference

    When I try to install some software I get this message " you don't have permission to save this in this location. Please contact the administrator for permission""". I am the only user of this computer.
