    It's a windows 10 PC, how do I find what the make and model is? It was a custom PC that was gifted to me about a year ago.     The system comes on perfectly fine. It was a charging cord and when I plugged it into the charger the chargers lights flashed and it didn't charge. If I plug my mouse into one of the ports "It's a Razer mouse" it lights up and then goes out.
