    Solved issues while OBS is open

    I am trying to stream/record while playing COD Modern Warfare but when OBS is open it drops my FPS by over half. I can run COD on 1440p at really high settings and get a solid 80FPS but as soon as OBS is open (not even recording or streaming) my frames drop to 30FPS even if I lower the settings...
