    Like I mentioned in my original post, it doesn't happen very often. I'd say in the last month where I updated my BIOS it only shut down twice on me.

    The default settings was "Auto" , so you're saying maybe change it to that? Plus I don't want to change any advanced settings and risk breaking my motherboard.
