    the processor is an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 Quad-Core Processor, 3.20GHz. And the ram is ddr4 if u need any other info (because Im pretty new to this IT stuff) just ask thank you.

    the issue with the laptop is wholely different as it is jsut that the charger is broken this happens often as our school uses very low quality chargers the main issue I am having is the one i spoke about in the first thread with my personal gaming pc, nothing to do with school or the laptop.

    The problem with the laptop is its gone dead and just stopped charging ive tried other chargers and multiple outlets. Its a school laptop and they have an IT department who can fix it so im not too worried about that thank you though.

    So I've had this problem for a while now but my laptop is broken so now I really need this fixed. Anytime I try to play videos through either the windows 10 film and video player thing or Netflix, maybe more but as far as I know its just hose two, the fps is incredibly low around 1 or 2 frames...
