    System keeps repeatedly turning on and off by it self.

    So to cut to the chase, my pc litterly start (turns on) by it self without me even pressing the power button (starts as soon as I plug the PSU cable in).Then shuts off after 3-5 seconds and it keeps repeating this cycle without me even touching anything.. Untill I unplug the power supply cable...
