    Trying to upgrade windows

    've been trying to upgrade ltsc 2019 to 2021 and it goes through all the motions and restarts and throws up a screen saying it can't do it essentially with the error "Error 0xC1900101 – 0x20017, The installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation" everything i can find...
