    Hello again, As far as I am aware, I have obtained all my software legally with keys and everything. I swapped out the optical drive with a brand new one and it seems to have the same issue. Would you suggest I update windows 10 fully and remove AVG? Thanks

    Thanks It happens no matter what blu ray disc I insert. I see the optical drive and its contents in file explorer when I insert the disc.
