    Did you try the speaker port on the front of the case to see if it sounds the same as the port your using for the speakers?? there is a speaker port on front and back

    Hi Because the PC is second hand I'd suggest resetting the PC and then reinstall the apps you want to use... info on reset PC here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026528/windows-10-reset-or-reinstall easy to do and should iron out any bugs after installed and updated

    The error you have means the hard drive is no good either is the cable, With a stuffed hard drive it would run like crap.... I'd replace PC or if decide to fix put in an SSD drive as replacement for faulty hard drives and replace cables. it's a cheap repair and the PC would go better then it...
