    Solved CPU randomly wont work?

    Windows powerplan is set to AMD Ryzen Balanced. Should I change to Balanced (recommended) or is it okay as it is? I've defaulted BIOS, if CPU stalls again within the next few days I'll check again but hopefully it'll be okay. Thank you!

    I don't know why, but whenever I try to turn my PC on, the cpu fan will turn on and just stay on and the cpu will never boot. This happens randomly maybe 1/10 chance of happening.
