    Why Constant CPU activity

    I have 1909 installed. Ran RogueKiller and found some registry problems. Eliminated those. CPU is not quite as active. are there other things that I could do? Thanks for your help.

    I'm not sure what you mean about "running 2004 update"? Update to what? I also tried just now to run Malwarebyte to determine it's version and it won't open. Have tried half dozen times.

    My computer's CPU with Windows 10 is constantly running. It is hard to interrupt. It may take up to 30 seconds or longer to recognize new mouse clicks, select items from menus, etc. The modem shows constant activity. I have run Malewarebyte and McAfee scans which finds an occasional PUP...
