    Hi Yes all issues resolved now thanks and everything is running stable. I am still using the riser with the bios settings on 3.0 at the moment.

    So, very odd, I re-installed in correct order and same issue again. I should add, I also have a Phanteks Premium GPU riser kit which I hadn't really thought of. This was also in my old computer as well. I removed this and put the GPU directly into the motherboard and this has sorted the issues...
