    I tried modifying the registry in another attempt to fix my problem, it solved the right click freeze but I got random small freezes. I tried 3 versions of windows 10 PRO, same result every time.

    Ok, sorry for that. I did exactly what you asked. It worked, the NVidia and intel graphics settings where out of the context menu on right clicking. But the thing is I get small freeze moments even so. I already tried removing them from the context menu separately from the registry editor and...

    Yes, every time. Except for a 10 second period after log on.
