    I tried with fast boot off right now and it doesn't help still stuck. No the option is blanked out i can't change it or select it

    The sata configuration is set to AHCI not on RAID. Yes the power is connected on to the graphics card I've tried installing OS from the front usb ports not from the rear. And I've updated my bios to the latest version for the mobo i.e v6042 Here are some pics for reference
