    cyberpowerpc model c series et8834-6562 Thats the tag on the back of the pc i dont know the cpu or anything and i cant access task manager to look at them

    I have a picture of it but it wont let me post it its just a blank blue screen that reads: The user profile service service failed to sign-in User profile cannot be loaded: I dont know much of bios but i could try that

    I bought a pc from a friend and it worked perfectly fine until i tried to reset the pc and it will not reset. It will load into the lock screen but when i try to enter the pc itll say that the profile is not found and now i dont know what to do
