    I feel I should clarify too, when I'm saying "things I keep seeing...update drivers...change settings" I mean to say that I've been trawling online forums trying to find the solution and that's what I've been seeing this whole time.

    Hey thanks Phil, It's a custom build (not built by myself, by someone I've never met. It was given to me by a friend) Now I'm not terribly computer savvy so please forgive me if I use the wrong lingo. I can see on the front it has a blue logo with "GC". Inside, what I think is the GPU says...
