    Thank you for your response. I am unable to remove the dots at all and I'm unable to disconnect anything (wifi connected). I can't get to my home screen.

    I think I was hacked. I was trying to google and all the characters I typed were zeros. So then I tried to clean cookies and cache but the problem continued. Then I did a system scan and decided to shut the computer down. When came up there were rows of dots in the password box. I rebooted it...
