    Hi everyone my pc doesn't boot but the fan is runnig and the lights are on i changed the ram and the motherboard, i also tried an other cpu and it still don't boot ihave -Msi B450m s2h -Gigabyte rtx 2070 -ryzen 5 3600 -2x8 Kingston fury ram -xilence 700w Even the bios don't boot please help
