    It's a prebuilt system I got from HP so I'm not sure about what motherboard it has. Thanks for the tip about not letting Windows update the drivers!

    Ok thank you I will do that. I'm not at that computer right now, but for the chipset drivers for the motherboard, you update those in device manager don't you?
