    Exciting news! Based on all of the help and advice from you guys, I am going to RMA my motherboard. I will do this because as @phillpower2 said, the motherboard is just a bad one. I will probably buy a new and better motherboard that goes better with my builds color scheme. Thanks again.

    I had just uninstalled it during my troubleshooting to see if it made a difference and have not bothered to reinstall it since. Just forgot to mention that.
