    The cursor had a delay when I moved the mouse and it had a delay as well when I was switching between the categories and stuff. The PSU is a Thermaltake Toughpower GX2 700W

    Ok so I got into the BIOS and there were 2 RAM slots that said around 2600MHz I can’t exactly remember what it was. I don’t know if it means anything or not but I will also say while I was in the BIOS everything was lagging pretty bad, especially the cursor.

    Hello, I just bought a prebuilt and every time I turn it on, it either restarts or freezes before I can do anything. Also the monitor turns on and off multiple times before and after it restarts.
