okay, so I did exactly what you said but it is still buggy... so what i plan on doing is making a partition and installing w10 on it, transfer the files i have on the first partition to the second and then delete the second. since the problem is clearly in the O.S., if I restore from a restore point that was made a month (approx) ago, will it make the OS work like it did before or will it only change my programs?- Jérémie

I have Kaspersky Internet Security, which is a professional anti-virus. My Pc is most likely clean and if it's not, those programs won't scan better than Kaspersky, so they wont find out, can we please get to the next step- Jérémie
