    I appreciate all your help. I have ultimate found out it was a hardware issue after doing a second thorough clean of the different ports on my computer. I would appreciate it if you could delete my 2nd msg with the GSI links and Speccy links.

    Ive just given it a go. But it hasnt resolved the issue either. Ive tested both headsets and microphone is working. Thanks though, any other suggestions are much appreciated.
