    @Bruce yes, i have had and played the game since I got the pc. but it happens when i try to play any video game. not just 1. and my video card meets or exceeds recommendations.

    Wouldn't my pc have come with the proper PSU for the hardare installed? The pc is approximately 3 years old and I just started having this issue about 2 days ago. I was able to play video games up until then.

    i'm sorry. i did miss that. the only info i can find on the sticker on the psu is : HP Part Number 918585-001 Lite-On Technology Co. I do know that is is a 500w psu

    I have an HP Omen desktop pc running windows 10. I currently have an AMD Radeon RX580 video card that shuts down every time I try to play a video game. It works fine any other time. I can search the web, watch movies and videos with VLC Media Player. But every time I try to play a video game...
