    Losing fps

    At first my pc is having slightly 60 fps at csgo, and then got to 40 fps in first year and now 20 fps, how do i get smooth fps like when i first use?

    my pc has 2 disk the first one is 117gb and second one is 250 gb but i can only see 117gb disk appear how to make another disk appear?
