    It's an older Samsung lcd. I just get a monitor pop up that says not optimum mode.

    Hello I accidentally changed the refresh rate through the amd app and now I can't get into windows due to a blank screen with a popup that says not in optimum mode. Is there any way that I can undo this. Win 10 R9 390
