    exactly yeah, I had this problem way back with my dad's pc and the psu was dead, but after running voltage tests on it, it perfectly works

    I installed a new hdd and started getting problems (couldn’t boot). Instead of trouble shooting I decided to just completely rebuild it so I could clean up the dust buildup after time and spare frustrating time. I kept getting the same problems afterwards also. I troubleshooted this time...
