    Wifi PCIe Card not starting Code 10 error

    I checked the manufactures site for the drivers and installed them. I also have disabled the onboard wifi card but the new one still doesnt seem to work. I have restarted my pc with the onboard one disabled as well.

    I just installed a Cudy AX3000 wifi PCIe card and I cannot seem to get the device to start. My pc recognizes it in device manager but when I look at its properties it states this device could not start (code 10) and operation failed. I have tried troubleshooting and restarting but do not know...
