    Good idea. Just tried this, and the same screen still has the line on it. Is there anything that can be done to fix this, or will I just have to try sending the monitor back?

    If it makes any difference, this is a second monitor.

    I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling my GPU drivers using DDU, but nothing was fixed. Strangely, when I mouse over this vertical line, it gets lighter, sometimes to the point where it even goes away for a few seconds before coming back. Sometimes, the line doesn't appear at all...
